Return Policy

COJP Gallery is committed to delivering quality and satisfaction with every purchase. All sales are final. Order cancellations, modifications, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Please review orders carefully before submitting them. Size charts are provided for reference but actual sizing of the items may differ slightly. Questions about specific sizing or product details must be sent to COJP Gallery prior to ordering.

If a delivered product is defective or incorrect, please contact COJP Gallery within 3 days of receiving the delivery with a detailed explanation of the issue. After investigating, an appropriate solution to the problem will be proposed, including but not limited to accepting a return at the expense of COJP Gallery and providing a full refund to the customer. COJP Gallery does not accommodate any return requests submitted after the 3 day period.

COJP Gallery reserves the right to reject a return request for any reason. Proposed solutions are non negotiable. Customer chargebacks are considered invalid if the customer makes no effort to contact COJP Gallery prior to filing.

COJP Gallery is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
