The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile telephone numbers collected through our SMS program are excluded from all customer list uploads and are never used to build custom or lookalike audiences.

How We Collect Your Phone Number

We collect mobile telephone numbers for our SMS program only through affirmative opt-in, specifically:

Data Retention for SMS

The following applies both while you are subscribed and after you opt out.

  • Your phone number after opt-out – When you opt out, we do not delete your number. We move it to a permanent internal suppression list and flag it as do-not-contact. Retaining the number is the only reliable way to guarantee you are never re-added to a future campaign. It is used for no purpose other than suppression.
  • Consent and revocation records – Retained for at least four years from the date of your consent or the date you opt out, whichever is later, in order to demonstrate compliance if challenged.
  • Message logs – Retained for as long as necessary to operate the program and to meet our legal obligations.
  • Full deletion – You may request that your number be erased entirely rather than suppressed at any time, whether or not you have opted out, by emailing info@cojpgallery.com. We will confirm in writing and advise you that erasure removes the safeguard preventing future contact if you later appear in a new list.
