Brand New
A hat inspired by farming hats, featuring elegant ruffles. The design includes a flap that covers the nape of the neck. An elastic band is sewn into the back of the neck. It uses “Awa Indigo” from Tokushima Prefecture, which dates back to the Edo period. It features a distinctive tie-dye technique called “Muragumo Shibori,” in which the dye forms cloud-like patterns, created by hand by indigo artisans in Tokushima Prefecture.
*This product is indigo-dyed. Although indigo-dyed products undergo a process to remove excess dye and fix the natural color after dyeing, slight color fading or color transfer may occur due to friction during use. Please avoid wearing this item with white or light-colored garments as much as possible. Since the tannins may react to ultraviolet rays, such as sunlight, and cause discoloration, please store this product away from UV light. In the unlikely event of discoloration, soak the item in warm water overnight and rinse it repeatedly with water. Because this product is hand-dyed, the color and pattern may vary slightly from piece to piece.
