Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Kyoto, Japan via FedEx Express or Japan Post with full tracking.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed in US Dollars. Free express shipping is included on all orders over USD $300.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

All listed delivery times are estimates. While our shipping partners work to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs clearance or carrier circumstances may occasionally occur.

All applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. For information on import regulations in your country, please contact your local customs authority. Please note: US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). There are no additional charges at delivery.

We do not mark shipments as gifts or misrepresent the contents of a package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once a successful delivery has been confirmed by the tracking number. Claims for packages lost in transit should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
