Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Kyoto, Japan. 

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are listed in US Dollars. We offer free express shipping for orders with a value exceeding USD $300. 

Orders are usually processed for shipping within a few business days, but timing may vary depending on the volume of outstanding orders. Tracking numbers are always sent via email once an order is ready for shipping. 

All listed shipping times are approximate. Delivery times may vary based on destination and shipping method. Our shipping partners do their best to ensure timely deliveries, but customs delays or unexpected carrier issues may impact shipping times.

We reserve the right to upgrade or modify the originally selected shipping method to any of our available services at an equal or higher price that provide faster delivery times if we deem it necessary for package security or to address processing delays.

All duties, customs and taxes incurred when orders are shipped internationally are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, contact your local customs office.

We do not mark items as "gift".

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after a successful delivery is indicated by the tracking number. Your shipment may be eligible for compensation by the shipping company if your shipment is lost or stolen while in transit. We do not ship with package insurance. Any claims regarding these issues should be made to the shipping carrier.

In the event of a failed delivery due to company error, the shipment will be re-attempted at no additional cost to the customer. If a shipment is undeliverable and returns to the sender for any reason other than company error, a reshipping charge of USD $15 must be paid to initiate a new shipment. A restocking fee of 4% + USD $15 is retained when cancelling an order that is returned to the sender for any reason other than company error.
